According to OIETAI, the 29th Annual Session of Ministerial Council of OPEC Fund hosted by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance will be held in Esfahan , on June 17,2008. In the Meeting of Ministerial Council, the members will review the Annual report of the Fund; the financial report of 2007 will also be reviewed and approved accordingly In the meantime the appointment of foreign auditors of the Fund will also be reviewed by the said Ministers .The new Director General of the Fund will be appointed for the term of 3 years, a report on the progress of  the financial operations of the Fund to date as well the future strategies for poor and developing countries will also be reviewed.
